Our general conditions:
The purchase in our shop is a business transaction between B2B Online Nails and the customer.
As these professional products we sell are in THEORY only subject to tax persons & companies, but if you have no VAT number, you can also take our products if you are a student, intern of in training in the beauty or nail styling Business. By your order and confirmation the terms and conditions you are indicating that you agree with these terms and any deviation agree. We accept no responsibility for incorrect or especially ignorant use. Nailsonline has the right to modify its terms. If you receive items you did not order, you should immediately let us know.
Delivery:
Delivery within 72 hours, provided the product is in stock and your payment is processed. All products are usually available from stock. It can happen that a temporarily out of stock, we will immediately contact you. The delivery is provided by us as accurately as possible. Exceeding the specified delivery gives you no right to compensation or the right to cancel your order or the agreement to dissolve, unless expressly agreed. If time of delivery is the time the goods leave our company.
Because closing orders can not be sent on Saturday or Sunday, they depart on Monday afternoon. All products are usually available from stock. It can happen that a temporarily out of stock. The delivery is provided by us as accurately as possible. These terms do not apply to furniture. If we (1) week after your order no cancellation via letter or e-mail have received your order is valid and final and the goods will be send to you.
Prices:
All prices in this shop are exclusive tax and shipping charges, the cash settlement will be automatically deducted, unless otherwise stated or agreed in writing. Returns:
Products within 7 days of receipt may be returned if unopened and undamaged, and if the customer Nails Online this advance notice is given. This indicating the appropriate order. Guarantees:
Your purchases are covered by a general warranty provider. (guarantee stated on invoice) Electrical equipment is limited to 1 year after invoice date.
